~ In a move to promote development and progress along the upcoming MetroLink Green Line, Mayor Tishaura O. Jones has approved Board Bill 13. This bill will reduce minimum lot sizes by 40%, increase height maximums from three to four floors, and decrease parking minimums by 25% for parcels in specific zoning districts within a half-mile radius of the proposed 10 stations.

Mayor Jones believes that this expansion of MetroLink, combined with the passing of Board Bill 13, will greatly improve walkability and support for residents living along the Green Line corridor. She stated, "The new Green Line and this crucial bill will not only enhance the quality of life for our residents but also make it easier for them to navigate our city."
