Cyntexa is using Salesforce Loyalty Management to help Keells see faster results and get the most from the Salesforce platform.

To enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency, it was essential for Keells to streamline the process of redemption and accrual of loyalty points and address the existing delays. Keells successfully rolled out the loyalty program to more than 135 retail stores with Cyntexa's expertise in just 12 days, resulting in a significant transformation in their customer engagement strategy.
