~ The City of St. Louis Refuse Division has announced an adjusted trash collection schedule for roll carts in observance of Thanksgiving Day on Thursday, November 23rd. Residents who normally have their roll carts collected on Monday (solid waste) and Thursday (recycling) will have their trash collected on Monday, November 20th and recycling on Wednesday, November 22nd. There will be no change for residents who normally have their roll carts collected on Tuesday (solid waste), November 21st and Friday (recycling), November 24th. The yard waste collection regularly scheduled for roll carts on Wednesday, November 22nd is canceled due to the holiday changes. It will resume on its regular schedule, Wednesday, November 29th. For more information about the Refuse Division's services, residents can visit the website for answers to questions about Remodeling and Renovation, Illegal Dumping, Bulky and B.O.A.T. Items (Batteries, Oil, Appliances, Tires), Yard Waste and Christmas Trees, Recycling, and Information on hazardous waste.
