~ The City of St. Louis Refuse Division has announced changes to the trash collection schedule in honor of Juneteenth Day observance. According to the division, residents with roll carts can expect adjustments to their regular collection days.
On Wednesday, June 19, 2024, the city will be observing Juneteenth Day and as a result, the trash collection schedule will be altered. Residents who usually have their roll carts collected on Mondays for solid waste and Thursdays for recycling will have their trash collected on Monday, June 17, 2024. Recycling will then be collected on Thursday, June 20, 2024.

Similarly, residents who typically have their roll carts collected on Tuesdays for solid waste and Fridays for recycling will receive trash collection on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Recycling will then be collected on Friday, June 21, 2024.
The yard waste collection is set to resume on Wednesday, June 26th.
