~ The City of St. Louis Refuse Division has announced changes to the trash collection schedule in light of the upcoming Independence Day observance on Thursday, July 4, 2024. As per the division's reminder, residents with roll carts will experience adjustments to their regular collection days.

According to the new schedule, residents who usually have their roll carts collected on Mondays for solid waste and Thursdays for recycling will receive trash collection on Monday, July 1, 2024 and recyclables will be collected on Wednesday, July 3, 2024. Similarly, those who have their roll carts collected on Tuesdays for solid waste and Fridays for recycling will have their trash collected on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 and recyclables picked up on Friday, July 5, 2024.

The yard waste collection is set to resume on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.
