~ The City Council and the Citizens Advisory Committee for Community Development (CACCD) have announced a joint public hearing to discuss the proposed use of funds for fiscal year 2025 and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. The hearing will take place at the Springfield Regional Police and Fire Training Center on January 9th at 6 p.m.
The meeting will cover various topics, including the Community Development Block Grant program, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and proposed activities for both the upcoming fiscal year and the next five-year period. After presentations, members of the public and organizations will have an opportunity to share their comments.
