The City of Springfield is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to develop and publish a CAPER on a yearly basis. This report outlines how federal funds from programs such as Community Development Block Grant and HOME were utilized to address goals and strategies outlined in the City's Consolidated Plan for fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025). The CAPER provides a yearly account of how these funds were allocated towards projects outlined in the City's five-year Consolidated Plan, as well as progress made towards achieving its goals.
Previous years' reports can be accessed online at https://www.springfieldmo.gov/850/Document-Library. This notice will be updated and resent once the CAPER is available online.
