SPRINGFIELD, Mo. ~ Springfield Police Chief Paul Williams has been making headlines recently for his exceptional leadership and commitment to justice, community engagement, and public service. One of his most notable achievements is his reappointment to the Board of Directors of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP).
