~ After serving the city of Springfield for over five decades, Mayor Ken McClure has released a heartfelt farewell video message to the community as he prepares to conclude his final term in office on April 21, 2025.

Some notable achievements include the adoption of the Forward SGF Comprehensive Plan, securing the future of the Springfield Cardinals by purchasing Hammons Field, and passing a replacement ¾-cent sales tax to fund capital improvement projects.
