Springfield-Greene County Health will return its services to the Harold K. Bengsch Building (227 E Chestnut Expwy) on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.
To facilitate this transition, the following services will be closed to the public on Monday, July 29, 2024:
These services will resume regular operation at the Bengsch Building on July 30. Other Health Department services will operate as normal during this transition.

The Bengsch Building has been closed for facility renovations since February, and Bengsch Building services are currently located at the Cox Medical Tower (1443 N Robberson Ave). These services will remain at Cox Medical Tower through Friday, July 26, 2024.
"We appreciate the community's understanding as we have worked through our renovations and temporary relocation at Cox Medical Tower," said Health Director Katie Towns. "We are thankful for the temporary space that provided minimal disruption to our services, and we are looking forward to serving the community back in the Bengsch Building."

- Vaccinations
- Vital Records, such as birth and death certificates
- Lab services, such as well water testing
