Springfield-Greene County Health's planned return to the Harold K. Bengsch Building has been postponed temporarily due to an unexpected construction delay.
The Bengsch Building has been closed for facility renovations since February, and services offered there have moved temporarily to the fourth floor of the Cox Medical Tower. These services include:
These services will remain in operation at the Cox Medical Tower until Bengsch Building construction is complete

The Health Department will notify the public when services are expected to return to the Bengsch Building.
The Harold K. Bengsch Building is located at 227 E Chestnut Expwy. The Cox Medical Tower is located at 1443 N Robberson Ave.

- Vaccinations
- Vital Records, such as birth and death certificates
- Lab services, such as well water testing
These services will remain in operation at the Cox Medical Tower until Bengsch Building construction is complete
