Grand Street will close to traffic at the Pickwick Avenue intersection beginning 7 a.m., Monday, April 1 through roughly Thursday, April 4 (weather permitting) for stormwater culvert installation and utility work associated with the Pickwick and Grand Stormwater Improvement Project.
