Hilton Avenue at 7:20 p.m. today.

Francis is described as 5-foot-5 and 238 pounds with brown hair and eyes. She has scars on her stomach and back, and wears leg braces on both legs. She was last seen wearing a gray shirt, gray leggings, and tennis shoes.
