~ The Springfield Police Department has issued a plea to the public for assistance in locating an endangered missing person. Shiela J. White, 58, was last seen at the Myers Medical Center where she was receiving medical treatment for a potentially life-threatening condition. According to authorities, White checked herself out of the center under duress and left with her husband, Chris White.
Shiela is described as 5-foot-6 and 248 pounds with light brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red shirt and green leggings. Her husband, Chris White, is 39 years old, 6-foot tall and weighs 176 pounds. He has blue eyes, brown hair, and a beard.

The couple was last seen driving a silver Chevy Envoy with Missouri license plate LE3G6Z. The vehicle was spotted around 8 p.m., pulling a boat near Nichols Ave. and West Ave.
Authorities are concerned for Shiela's physical wellbeing and are urging anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact 911 immediately. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 417-869-TIPS (8487) or online at p3tips.com. The police department is asking for the public's cooperation in bringing Shiela home safely.
