Springfield, Mo. – The Springfield Police Department is asking for the public's help to locate an endangered missing person.
Kevaughna Nelson, 24, is 5-foot-6 and 191 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. Nelson was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt, gray sweatpants and pink shoes. Nelson often wears a tight headwrap.
Nelson was last seen around 2 a.m., on April 18 leaving a nursing facility on foot in the 3400 block of W. Mt. Vernon St. Nelson has schizophrenia and is without her medication. She is known to get into vehicles with people she doesn't know.
