The Springfield Police Department has issued a plea to the public for assistance in locating an endangered missing person. Kaleb S. Davis, 36, was reported missing after arriving in the United States from Taiwan and renting a white 2005 Nissan Sentra with Oregon license plate number 276QHY in Seattle, Washington. Davis is described as 5-foot-9 and 140 pounds with brown hair and eyes.

According to authorities, the vehicle was found abandoned at the Springfield Boathouse. Despite an extensive search of the area, officers were unable to locate Davis. Upon returning to the boathouse, they discovered that the vehicle had left in an unknown direction.

Davis suffers from schizophrenia and is currently without his medication.
