Radiology director and healthcare consultant with 50 years of experience to guide clinical evaluation, KOL engagement, and teleradiology growth for the U.S. market-entry firm
WEST BEND, Wis. - Missouriar -- Qscription Technologies, a Market-Entry-as-a-Service (MEaaS) firm that helps international medtech and radiology AI companies enter and scale in the U.S. healthcare market, today announced the appointment of Elliot Silverman to its Advisory Board.
Mr. Silverman is a Radiology Director and healthcare consultant with 50 years of experience in medical imaging. He has held administrative leadership and clinical management roles at mid-sized and large hospitals and imaging centers across his career. For the past several years he has focused his expertise on healthcare consulting, specializing in imaging equipment, leasing and financing, teleradiology services, and medical billing — a career spanning the clinical, operational, and commercial sides of American radiology.
As an Advisory Board member, Mr. Silverman will support Qscription and its partners across four areas: establishing structured product evaluation and clinical feedback programs for radiology AI (SaMD) companies; opening and cultivating key opinion leader relationships; enabling early, real-world clinical evaluations; and advancing Qscription's teleradiology business, including the staffing of ABR-certified radiologists and preliminary-read services.

"Elliot has spent his career where imaging technology meets the realities of running a department — staffing, budgets, throughput, and patient care," said Dr. Nisha Chandran, Chairman of the Board at Qscription Technologies. "That operational judgment is exactly what medtech innovators need when they bring a product into American radiology, and we are delighted to welcome him to the advisory board."
"I proudly join Qscription Technologies as an advisor because I truly believe the company is at the cutting edge of technology and has demonstrated that its team is capable of making great strides in healthcare in the near future," said Mr. Silverman.
Mr. Silverman joins an advisory bench chaired by Dr. Nisha Chandran, a board-certified pediatrician and healthcare leader who serves as Chairman of Qscription's Board of Directors. His engagement commences the week of July 13, 2026.
