Shaping the Future of Conscious Leadership and Policy Innovation
RENO, Nev. - Missouriar -- Reno, NV | San Francisco, CA | Brussels, Belgium — October 2025 — Paxaterra Global, founded by in-demand global speaker and leadership strategist Patrick Dunn, is expanding its mission at the intersection of leadership, purpose, and sustainability.. Headquartered in Reno, Nevada, with emerging presence in San Francisco and Brussels, Paxaterra Global is developing plans to establish a formal European business office to support its growing international partnerships and programs.
Since launching in May 2025, Paxaterra Global has become a trusted partner for leaders and organizations seeking to bring more depth, humanity, and conscience to how they lead and drive change.
At the heart of Paxaterra's work is Lead with Soul, Dunn's original framework for values-based leadership that connects inner purpose with outward impact. Through consulting, workshops, and experiential programs, Paxaterra equips executives, changemakers, and policymakers to lead not only with intelligence and innovation, but also with integrity and meaning.
"Leading with soul means aligning what you do with who you are," said Patrick Dunn, Founder of Paxaterra Global. "It's about integrating conscience and creativity — the kind of leadership that fosters human connection and systems renewal."
GLOBAL LEADERSHIP & POLICY DIALOGUE SERIES
In partnership with Club Climate Europe (CCE), Paxaterra Global is co-developing the Global Leadership & Policy Dialogue Series — a new initiative designed to bridge human-centered leadership with policy innovation and regenerative systems thinking.

The series will bring together leaders from business, government, and civil society to explore the human dimensions of transformation. Topics will include:
- The role of values-based leadership in climate and policy transitions
- Regenerative thinking in governance and organizational design
- How empathy and trust strengthen collaboration
- Aligning purpose-driven leadership with long-term sustainability goals
Each symposium will also feature a community event and giveback session supporting a local underrepresented charity or nonprofit that would benefit from greater visibility and leadership capacity-building. This initiative reflects Paxaterra Global's belief that leadership begins with service, inclusion, and shared empowerment.
"This series is for leaders shaping what comes next," Dunn said. "Our goal is to help decision-makers connect the inner compass of leadership with the outer realities of policy and innovation — while supporting organizations that deserve both visibility and investment."
The first dialogues are scheduled to launch in 2026, with hybrid participation and global reach. Paxaterra Global and its partners are actively seeking sponsors and funders aligned with its mission to elevate leadership, community, and systems change.
LEADERSHIP AND GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT
Beyond Paxaterra Global, Patrick Dunn serves as Peace Chair for Rotary District 5190, where he leads initiatives advancing values-based leadership and service. He also serves on the Rotary International Presidential Conference Planning Committee, helping coordinate the global event commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the United Nations, and as Community Services Chair for the Rotary Club of Reno, supporting projects that strengthen communities through collaboration and purpose.
