KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Missouriar -- The Music Recognition Association of America (MRAA) is excited to announce an important update to its certification program. Effective immediately, the MRAA's million certification level will transition from Gold to Silver. This change has been made to prevent confusion with other award organizations that offer Gold or Platinum certifications, while ensuring MRAA remains distinct and continues to represent the true achievements of artists and influencers in the music industry.
"We recognized the need for clarity and differentiation in our certification program," said La'Nardo Myrick Sr., CEO of MRAA. "By updating our million-level certification to Silver, we are ensuring that our awards stand out and accurately reflect the accomplishments of our members without confusion with other industry certifications."
In addition to this change, the MRAA is proud to introduce certification levels specifically designed for social media influencers and brand ambassadors. These certifications recognize the impact, engagement, and success of influencers across various platforms, celebrating their milestones in reaching broad audiences.
