ST. LOUIS - Missouriar -- Kim Baker, a highly respected corporate team builder/designer, speaker, and owner of Vivid Performance Group, will present two workshops on building trust between visionaries and integrators at the Entrepreneurial Operating System's (EOS) V/I Duo™ Summit, October 16, 2024, in Dallas Texas.
"As the visionary and integrator relationship goes so goes the rest of the organization and building trust is a key factor of the V/I relationship yet getting there isn't always easy," Baker said. "These sessions will equip visionaries and integrators with the knowledge and tools to strengthen trust to become a stronger, more dynamic duo."
In the morning session, V/I Duo™Trust: Demystified and Simplified, Baker will demystify what makes trust-building a challenge and how these factors, in turn, cause trust-building efforts to fail. She will then demonstrate how to simplify it by engaging with the Reina® Trust Building framework, a practical model in which trust and trust issues are definable, measurable, and solvable.

The second session, V/I Duo™Trust: Fortified, will focus on elevating trust by uncovering the trust-building and breaking behaviors occurring in the duo relationship. The session includes working with an assessment tool to uncover areas for trust work and discovering exactly the next steps to fortifying it.
"Successful businesses develop a plan to integrate chosen trust behaviors into all interactions and hardwire trust into their mission and results," Baked added. "Greater trust between visionaries and integrators is proven to positively impact the people, culture, and results in the duo, leadership team, and the entire organization."
