~ Kansas City Water (KC Water) has lifted the precautionary boil water advisory for several areas in the city. The affected areas include East 51st St to E 43rd St and Sterling Ave to Woodside Ave, as well as E 53rd St to E 49th St and Hockers Rd to McCoy/George Ridge Road.

According to KC Water, tap water samples were taken and tested in these areas to ensure the safety and quality of the water. The results of the tests have confirmed that the tap water meets the high standards for public drinking water.

Customers who may have any questions or concerns can contact KC Water at 816-513-7000 (Water Laboratory) or 816-513-0416 (Water Dispatch). These lines are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and are open 24/7, respectively.
