KC Water would like to inform you that there was a delay in processing May billing statements, and your printed due date for this statement will be slightly off schedule, reflecting a printed due date sooner than normal.

Please be advised that KC Water acknowledges the inconvenience this may have caused and has implemented a grace period for customers whose bill dates are between May 4th and May 31st. Printed due dates will resume as normal with the June billing statements.
