~ KC Water has lifted the precautionary boil water advisory for customers within the boundaries of Pittman Road east to Lee's Summit Road and from E. 43rd Street to 53rd Street near Highway 40. The tap water in this area has been tested and meets the high standards for public drinking water, so residents are no longer advised to boil it before drinking.

KC Water encourages customers with questions or concerns to contact them by calling 816-513-7000 (Water Laboratory, available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or 816-513-0416 (Water Dispatch, available 24/7).
