~ Kansas City Water Department (KC Water) has announced that they are now equipped to accept payments through internet and phone services. This new payment option comes after a period of inconvenience for customers, for which the department expresses their gratitude for their patience. In light of this, KC Water has implemented a grace period for customers whose payments were due between May 4th and May 31st.

However, as the department continues to bring their systems back online, there may be delays in reflecting payments made during the outage on customer accounts. KC Water asks for understanding and patience from customers as it may take up to two billing cycles for accounts to be updated.
Despite these challenges, KC Water assures customers that their customer service representatives are available to assist them from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Customers can reach out by calling 816-513-1313, option 1 or 311.
