Santa Nana's Holiday University explores the expanding role ladies have as Christmas performers

BRANSON, Mo. - Missouriar -- Santa Nana's Holiday University (SNHU) is bringing its innovative and groundbreaking education to Branson as the featured program of this year's School of Santas, which takes place July 14-17, 2022. SNHU focuses on holiday education from a lady's point of view, and teaches both experienced and new Mrs. Clauses, Santas, Elves, all Christmas characters and their supporters, how they can create a complete holiday experience for children, families, and clients. The two-day program covers a full range of topics, including the history of the Claus persona, character development, style, marketing, event design, and more. Also at this session, SNHU and School of Santas will hold a charitable drive to support a local community service organization.

SNHU and School of Santas invites those interested in becoming a Claus, those who want to further develop their portrayals, and those who support from behind-the-scenes, to attend this one-of-a-kind event. SNHU's goal is to create an environment of learning, sharing, encouraging, and connecting with other holiday performers to build a supportive network of colleagues. Portraying such beloved holiday characters has become an important part of the lives of Clauses around the world. About Santa Nana's Holiday University

SNHU is a different and unexpected point of view for holiday education. SNHU is the vision of Lucky Royse (Santa Nana). As an independent female performer, she recognized the need for education for women in the Christmas community. She designed a curriculum that highlighted the role of women as independent performers or partners. She launched her first Santa Nana's Holiday University in January 2016 before she passed away that July. Today, SNHU continues her legacy by traveling across the country to deliver the program.
