SAINT LOUIS, Mo., Jan. 29, 2024 ~ St. Louis, MO - The prestigious Titan 100 program has announced its list of the Top 100 CEOs and C-level executives in the St. Louis area for 2024. Among the honorees is Chris Blackerby, Co-founder and CEO of Incisive Consultants, a healthcare tech firm.
