ST. LOUIS - Missouriar -- Daugherty Business Solutions, a leading advisory services and technology consulting firm, ranked No. 2 in the large company category of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch's Top Workplaces awards.

Along with recognizing Daugherty as a Top Workplace, the Post-Dispatch awarded CEO Ron Daugherty for his leadership in the large employer category based on employee rated statements on a seven-point scale.

The recognition of both Daugherty and Ron Daugherty's achievement was celebrated June 23 at the ballroom of Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis.

In partnership with Energage, an employee engagement technology partner, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch send out a third-party survey to 183 employers detailing 15 drivers of engaged company cultures critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection. According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, 60,101 employees in the region received the survey, with 35,926 responding.
