(COLUMBIA, MO) ~ Columbia Regional Airport (COU) is expanding its flight options for travelers with the addition of new flights to Dallas and Chicago. American Airlines has announced that they will be offering an additional flight to Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) starting April 4th, and another flight to Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) beginning June 5th.
According to COU Airport Manager Michael Parks, this increase in flights is a response to the growing demand for more travel options and the rise in passenger traffic at the airport's new terminal. "We are pleased to collaborate with American Airlines in providing these additional flights for travelers in the mid-Missouri region," said Parks. "These extra flights not only offer convenience but also allow travelers to reach their destinations faster and return home sooner."
