(COLUMBIA, MO) ~ Columbia Police have made an arrest in connection to a robbery that took place on July 31 in the 5000 block of Clark Lane. Nathaniel Watson, 18, of Columbia was taken into custody on charges of first-degree robbery, stealing, and unlawful use of a weapon. The arrest was made on August 6 at approximately 4:20 p.m. when the Columbia Police SWAT team served a search warrant at a residence in the same block where the robbery occurred. During the search, a juvenile male was also detained in relation to the robbery. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is urged to contact the Columbia Police Department or CrimeStoppers to remain anonymous. The case number for this incident is 2024-006497.
