(COLUMBIA, MO) ~ Columbia Police have made an arrest in connection to a robbery that took place on July 31 in the 5000 block of Clark Lane. Nathaniel Watson, 18, of Columbia was taken into custody on August 6 after the Columbia Police SWAT team served a search warrant at a residence in the same block. Watson is facing charges of first-degree robbery, stealing, and unlawful use of a weapon.

During the search, a juvenile male was also detained at the location in connection to the robbery. The investigation is still ongoing and anyone with information is urged to contact the Columbia Police Department or CrimeStoppers to remain anonymous.
