(COLUMBIA, MO) - The parking lot at Grindstone Nature Area, 2011 Old Hwy. 63, will be temporarily closed starting April 9 at 11 p.m. The closure is expected to last only two days; the lot should reopen by 8 a.m. Saturday, April 12.
Park users are encouraged to use the parking lot at Capen Park, 1600 Capen Park Drive. Additional parking is also available at University Bookstore Distribution at 1400 Rock Quarry Road.

The closure is necessary for a contractor with the City of Columbia to complete parking lot renovations including asphalt overlay and restriping.
