(COLUMBIA, MO) ~ Columbia, MO - The City of Columbia has announced the postponement of the Let's Talk Local discussion with Ward 1 Council Member Valerie Carroll. Originally scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 25, the event has been rescheduled due to potential winter weather.
According to city officials, an updated time and location will be provided once the event has been rescheduled. Residents can expect a link to the new registration form to be available at that time as well.
Let's Talk Local events are held monthly and aim to facilitate discussions on how to develop strong neighborhood communities. In addition, City staff will be present at the event to answer any questions from attendees. These meetings are open to all residents from any ward and refreshments will be provided.

Residents are encouraged to bring their questions to the event or submit them in advance on BeHeard.CoMo.gov/ask-city-council. Council members and City staff will do their best to address these questions during the meeting. Answers to questions submitted online will also be posted on BeHeard following the meeting.

The public is welcome to attend any open meeting, including Let's Talk Local events.
