In addition to regular pool hours, all three outdoor pools will also offer various water fitness classes, swim lessons and lap swimming opportunities due to the temporary closure of the Water Zone at the Activity & Recreation Center (ARC). The ARC Water Zone is set to close from May 28th until September 1st for maintenance improvements including replacement of the water play structure and aggregate flooring.
While waiting for the ARC Water Zone to reopen on September 3rd, residents can still enjoy swimming at Stephens Lake's beach or cooling off at spraygrounds located at Stephens Lake Park, Flat Branch Park and Douglass Park which opened earlier on May 1st and will remain open until September 30th.
