(COLUMBIA, MO) ~ The City of Columbia Clerk's Office is now accepting applications for various boards and commissions. Applications must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 8 and can be found on the City's website at CoMo.gov. This is an opportunity for residents to become involved in local government and represent their fellow community members.
The current openings include the Board of Health, Building Construction Codes Commission, Columbia Sports Commission, Community Land Trust Organization Board, Finance Advisory and Audit Committee, Firefighters' Retirement Board, Human Services Commission, Mayor's Council on Physical Fitness and Health, Police Retirement Board and Public Transit Advisory Commission.
