LOUIS, Nov. 3, 2023 ~ Families across the nation are in for a treat this holiday season with the release of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc.'s (NYSE: BBW) new animated movie, Glisten and the Merry Mission. The movie is now playing at select Cinemark theaters and was recently premiered in St. Louis to an overwhelmingly positive response from both kids and parents alike.
Early reviews of the movie have praised its charm and good cheer, with The Aisle Seat noting that "as a parent, you can have a nice trip to the theater with your kiddos. They'll be entranced, and you'll be won over by the movie's tender humor and innocent charm." Common Sense Media also commented that "this animated Christmas movie for kids is still sweetly charming, adorably silly, and full of good cheer."

The reactions from those who attended the private showing in St. Louis were just as enthusiastic. A six-year-old attendee declared it their "new favorite holiday movie" while an eleven-year-old said they "give it two thumbs up" and a three-year-old simply exclaimed "I 'lub' Glisten!"
