ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Belden Inc. (NYSE: BDC), a leading global supplier of specialty networking solutions, will hold its Investor Day today from 10:00 am – 1:30 pm Eastern Time at the New York Stock Exchange. Belden will also provide a live webcast from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Eastern Time for those unable to attend the event in person. The webcast and accompanying slide presentation will be available at https://investor.belden.com, and will remain available after the event.

Roel Vestjens, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Jeremy Parks, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will provide a detailed update on the Company's strategy for creating shareholder value and announce new long-term financial targets. A question and answer session with Belden's senior leadership team will follow the presentation.

During the presentation, the Company will reaffirm its current guidance for the second quarter and full year 2022. The Company expects second quarter 2022 revenues to be $625 - $640 million. For the year ending December 31, 2022, the Company expects revenues to be $2.480 - $2.530 billion.

The Company expects second quarter 2022 GAAP EPS of $0.98 - $1.08 and adjusted EPS of $1.35 - $1.45. For the year ending December 31, 2022, the Company expects GAAP EPS of $4.31 - $4.61 and adjusted EPS of $5.55 - $5.85.
