CHICO, Calif. - Missouriar -- "Run, hide, fight – these are crucial for your physical safety during an active shooter event. But what about your emotional and psychological well-being?" says Heidi Ann Ferguson. "My training stands out because it's about empowering people and also focuses on trauma prevention. I teach not only the physical strategies of running, hiding, and fighting but also how to best protect the emotional and psychological mind."
