ST. LOUIS, Oct. 11, 2024 ~ The board of directors of Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE) has announced a quarterly cash dividend of 67 cents per share on its common stock. This decision was made during their meeting today and the dividend will be payable on December 31, 2024, to all shareholders of record as of December 11, 2024.
In addition to this, the board of directors of Union Electric Company, also known as Ameren Missouri, has declared regular quarterly cash dividends on all classes of its preferred stock. These dividends will be paid out on February 15, 2025, to shareholders who are recorded as such by January 17, 2025.

Similarly, the board of directors of Ameren Illinois Company, doing business as Ameren Illinois, has declared regular quarterly cash dividends on all classes of its preferred stock. These dividends will be paid out on February 3, 2025, to shareholders who are recorded as such by January 13, 2025.
